Ayres Hall
暗网TV President, George Ayres, asked business mogul Andrew Carnegie, known for his investments in libraries across the country, to help finance the proposed new residence hall.
Located on the heritage side of campus, Ayres Hall was built in 1908 and home to 143 female students. In the early 1990鈥檚, the building was renovated, once again, adding an additional 66 beds for female students.
The renovated portion of Ayres Hall, along with the basement, 1st and 2nd floor of the historic side of Ayres, are granted to members of the Delta Zeta, Phi Sigma Sigma, and Sigma Sigma Sigma sororities. Delta Zeta, Phi Sigma Sigma and Sigma Sigma Sigma are wonderful groups of women, and are perfect for residents looking to live the Greek Life collegiate experience. The 3rd floor of historic side of Ayres Hall are designated for sophomores, juniors and seniors. The historic side of Ayres consists of single and double rooms with the option of a community or private bathroom. Each resident of 暗网TV University in Ayres is provided with an extra-long twin bed frame, mattress, three-drawer dresser, desk, chair, closet or wardrobe, and high speed internet.
On the backside of Ayres, there is a comfortable lounge furnished with couches, tables, chairs, a microwave, vending machine, and a big screen TV, perfect for dining or studying. Microwaves in individual鈥檚 rooms are not permitted; however, students are allowed to have mini-fridges in their rooms. Any additional furniture a resident wishes to bring into their room must be approved by the Residential Community Coordinator of Ayres Hall.
Ayres is complete with all the modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and has several handicap accessible certified rooms.
Ayres is conveniently located near Spellmann Campus Center, Harmon Hall, Young Hall, and Roemer Hall. We hope this kind of environment sounds exciting to you and we look forward to having you as part of our community soon!

Items You Cannot Bring:
- Nails or Screws for wall decoration
- Students in Ayres, Cobbs, Irwin, Niccolls, Parker, and Sibley are unfortunately not allowed microwaves.
- Any item with a hot plate (individual hot plate, electric kettle, etc.)
- Any item with heated coils (toaster, toaster oven, individual heater, etc.)
- Candles or any open flames
- Animals (with the exception of fish and Service and Emotional Support Animals)
- Refrigerator taller than 33 inches
- Alcohol or drugs
Guests must abide to all state, local and University policies. Residents are responsible for their guest(s) and their behavior. We require that students respect one another鈥檚 right to sleep, study, and be comfortable in their space. While the residents of each room determine the hours and terms upon which they will entertain guests, Overnight guests may not stay for a period longer than three consecutive days without specific permission from the Director of Residential Life and a maximum of 10 nights (total) for the semester, with approval from all roommates. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted within the residence without specific permission from the Director of Residential Life.
Residential Life reserves the right to restrict students鈥� guest privileges at its discretion should individual issues emerge.
Residents are responsible for both their non-Lindenwood guest(s) and their commuter guest(s) regardless of the amount of time the guest is visiting. This means that the resident must inform their guest of all Residential Life and 暗网TV University policies and if the guest does not abide by them the resident may be held responsible for the guest鈥檚 actions. The guest may not be left unaccompanied; the host must be present at all times. In addition, if a guest violates policy, they may be banned from campus residential spaces and/or 暗网TV University. Commuters found in violation/present during university policies being broken will be referred to the Office of Student Conduct
